STBP is engaged in the construction of commercial and industrial projects of all types. No doubt when the general public sees our sign at a big new construction site, they think they have us figured out! In fact most of our projects are not visible to the general public either because they are interior remodels/repairs/upgrades, they are performed within the gates of a secure facility, they are separated geographically from where most people typically travel, or they are just small projects that are done quickly without all the fanfare of big new sites. We love all of them! Our project contracts with client partners are typically for general contracting, pre-construction services, CMAR (construction manager at risk), or design-build delivery. We frequently secure work through bidding, through competitive sealed proposals, and by negotiating directly with the customer. We contract and perform commercial and industrial projects for new construction, additions, renovations, remodeling, repairs, upgrades, demolition, site development, white box, tenant finish-out, and a host of other more specific types of work. We can work under lump sum, cost plus, time and materials, and GMP (guaranteed maximum price)
