We have been happy with our facility maintenance partnership with South Texas Building Partners since late 2016. They are very professional and easy to work with. The maintenance crew arrives on time, and we both work with each other on necessary schedule changes. We provide the work orders for the workers and they are self motivated to get it done. The billing department works with our special needs and whenever we have something special that comes up, STBP is great to work things out for us. We highly recommend them for the service and value we receive. Everyone has been great.
